Joe Violette

Joe’s passion for farming started by gardening with his mom at a young age, and doing various work as a WWOOF volunteer and other farming related volunteer work as he grew older.  Joe initially joined the board in 2022 as a community member, he was asked to join because he was a passionate customer whose his personal interests aligned with the Farmers Market mission. Joe brings his financial expertise as a CPA, and previous non-profit board experience to help guide the market.  Joe lives in Malaga with his wife Amanda and their cat “Porchy”.  Besides a love for farming and local agriculture, Joe likes to spend his free time camping, hiking and paddle boarding around the amazing outdoor spaces in our community.
