Roasted Garlic Black Cod
Rinse and defrost Black Cod portions. Marinate in soy sauce for 20 minutes. While marinating, heat olive oil and crushed garlic, stir frequently until softened but not too brown. Cover Black Cod with garlic, and bake for 25 min at 450 degrees. Broil until brown on top (about 2 min).
Summer Salad
Cut all veggies in even sizes and coat with vinaigrette dressing.
Dijon Green Beans
Boil or steam green beans for about 5-10 minutes. Drain and coat with olive oil and Dijon, salt to taste.

- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
